  • Chemist at Play: is their science-led skincare brand that uses ingredients like ceramides and salicylic acid — stuff that dermatologists actually recommend. 

Business Model and Revenue Streams

  • A Full-Stack Setup : Most personal care companies today rely on third-party manufacturers. Innovist doesn’t. They built their own in-house manufacturing facility and that’s a big deal. It means they can tweak formulas fast, test them thoroughly, and make improvements without delays. 
  • Selling Direct First, But Expanding Fast: Innovist started out as a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand. They sell through their own websites and also list on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Nykaa and Flipkart.
